An Ordinance to restrict the taking of legal proceedings in respect of certain acts and natters done during the war and to provide in certain cases remedies in substitution therefor.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Indemnity Short stk. Ordinance, 1921.
